Hey there! My name is Sean, and I’m a PhD in Bioengineering and an ACC-credentialed Leadership Coach based in Houston, TX. My coaching practice focuses on improving leadership and relationship skills, challenging limiting beliefs, and developing personally and professionally.
My thesis project focused on 3D printing and tissue engineering. I’ve spent the past 5 years working to advance this field AND to improve how scientists communicate with different audiences. To that end, I have worked as a communication coach for the past three years, helping over 200 students and postdocs improve their technical and lay writing, presentations, and professional documents. I also spent a year working in life science consulting, managing teams of grad student consultants working with life science companies in Houston.
